Formed in 1995, VHP is a Physician Hospital Organization (PHO) owned by 100 + local physicians and RMH HealthCare. VHP manages a local provider network for PPO “Preferred Provider Organization” health plans utilized by local businesses and their employees which provides in-network access to highly qualified providers offering cost effective care for their patients in the Shenandoah Valley.
